The Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) is comprised of eleven hundred leaders in the homebuilding industry. Operating since 1974, membership includes builders, developers, renovators, designers, suppliers, sub-trades and a number of other experts in their field. Collectively, the not-for-profit association is responsible for building over 65% of Metro Vancouver BC’s residential properties.
HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence
At press, the HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence has been running for 14 years. It is a premier industry program that recognizes the best homebuilding industry professionals in the Greater Vancouver BC area. The program touches on everything from upscale kitchen renovations and energy-efficient Smart homes to thoughtfully designed laneway houses and community building multi-family developments, and more.
Best Bathroom Renovations 2023
Working together with Alair Vancouver, Calvert Design Studio has been designated as a Finalist for Best Bathroom Renovations Vancouver in the Under $50,000 category. The nomination is for a recently completed Zen Oasis project.

When HAVAN Award Winners for Housing Excellence Will be Announced
The 14th annual HAVAN Awards Finalist Reveal took place on March 9th at the iconic Hollywood Theatre in Vancouver BC. Winners will be announced on Saturday, April 22, at the JW Marriott Parq Hotel.
